more infoMost library items circulate for three weeks and may be renewed twice, except when an item has been requested by another patron, in which case the item will be recalled after the initial loan period. Exceptions to the standard loan period include DVD's and VHS, which circulate for three days, and reference items, which circulate for 24 hours. The library also lends audio visual equipment, which have variable loan periods.
more infoIf your library card is lost or stolen, please contact the circulation department immediatley at 235-7815 to avoid any unauthorized use of your card. An employee will make a notation on your account and request that you purchase a new card the next time you visit the library.
How do I Pay My Fine?
more infoThe library currently only accepts cash or checks as payment. Fine payments can be made in person at the front Circulation Desk. You can also mail checks to the library for any fines owed. Please include your name and/or library card number on any payments sent to the library.
How do I Get a Library Card?
more infoTo receive a library card, you must provide a photo ID and complete an application form. Children under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian present in order to issue a library card to them. Any person over the age of 12, who does not own an ID, can have a parent vouch for him/her. The person getting the library card must be present at the time the library card is issued. Library card applications can either be downloaded from this page or obtained at the front desk of the library.
