Our library website is a combination of two separate sites. Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to have a single login to both.  We continue to review available technologies to make this happen, but for now, you need to have two logins to access all of the features of both sites.  Below is a fuller description of the two sites, and what features you can access when you login to each.

Use this site to search for and find materials held by any public library in Centre County.  This site is shared by library patrons throughout the county (not just Schlow).

What your login provides access to

  • My List Create, save, and manage lists of library materials.
  • Reserves: Place holds on nearly all materials in the county and pick them up at the library of your choice.
  • My Account

Login information

Look for the "My Account" button at the top-left of every page on schlowlibrary.org, or the "My Account" and/or "Login" buttons on search.ccfpl.org.

  • Every library patron automatically has an account.
  • The login requires two pieces of information:
    • Library Card Number:  The 14 digit barcode number (no spaces) on the back of your library card.
    • PIN
      • Helps to ensure your personal information remains private.
      • If you do not know your PIN, you must either:
        • call the library during business hours (235-7815)
        • stop in to one of the county libraries.
      • Once you know your PIN, you can change it at any time by clicking the "Profile" sub-tab of "My Account."
  • screenshot of search.ccfpl.org logout buttonWhile your login will eventually time out of its own accord, we recommend logging out by clicking the "Logout" button at the top-right when finished.

schlowlibrary.org: "Website login"

Schlow Library's website for program, event, resource, and policy information.

What your login provides access to

  • Suggest a book & interlibrary loan (link) If you cannot find an item in the county-wide catalog, you can request that the Schlow staff either purchase it OR have it sent from another library (outside the county) for you to borrow.
  • Sign up for programs Some of Schlow's programs are so popular that prior registration is required.  You can use your login to book a space in a popular program (sometimes this feature is not available, and you must still stop in, or call).
  • Comment on information found in the site If you are logged-into the site, you have the opportunity to comment on information, events, etc.

Login Information

Look for the "Website login" block at the bottom of the left sidebar on every page of schlowlibrary.org
