Join us for a special evening dedicated to the mental and emotional health of women of color. This workshop offers women of color practical strategies for navigating work-life balance while prioritizing mental and emotional health.

Explore techniques to reduce burnout, increase mindfulness, and show up authentically in all areas of life, ensuring self-care is at the forefront of your journey.

About the Speaker: Chántelle Adanna is a Nigerian- American millennial Literary Artist, International Award Winning Self-Published Author, Speaker, Actress, Poet & Educator based in LA. Originally from Maryland, she self-published her first memoir at 23 titled, My Soul Told On Me. Her work is deeply rooted in emphasizing the importance of emotional and mental health for black women throughout the entire diaspora.
