Records involving requests for patron and bibliography record data from the Centre County Federation of Public Libraries' shared integrated library system (ILS) must go through the Federation's Open Records Officer, Denise Sticha, who can be contacted at dsticha@centrecountylibrary.org or (814) 355-1516 X1008.

The RTK Request Form, attached below, can be submitted in person, via mail, via email or via fax.
